What we are Looking for:
Deliver outstanding customer service by building and maintaining strong relationships with our members, customers and Fitness Team
Nurture a safe, positive and supportive training environment for our members, customers and Fitness Team.
Design, organise and deliver Fitness and Nutritional Transformation Programmes for our members and customers helping them achieve their health, fitness and wellness goals…
Provide engaging, dynamic, customer focussed fitness classes in a fun and friendly manner
Create via a Meal Plan App personalised healthy and nutritional meal plans based on dietary requirements, food preferences and Fitness Goals.
Ensure All Fitness Classes meet their full potential by providing ongoing support, encouragement and help to our Fitness Team
Develop and implement strategies to meet studio targets, increase membership and drive revenue growth.
Assist in the marketing and promotion of the gym across all social media platforms.
Ensure the Fitness Facilities and equipment is well-maintained, clean, and safe for use.
To have an excellent knowledge of anatomy, exercise physiology and nutrition
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Ability to work on own initiative
Qualifications as Fitness/Personal Trainer essential
Relevant, valid, up to date documentation and insurance
First Aid and CPR Certification or willingness to obtain it before starting...
We Offer
Competitive Pay
€41,600 to €52,000 per year
